Departure by 4WD (06 pax / vehicle) from the hotel through the Roman Road.
First stop Medenine : visit of the Ghorfas, fascinating dwellings once used by nomad tribes as storehouses and then as shelters.
Continuation towards Ksar Ouled Soltane for a refreshing drink, served in one of those fortified warehouses called Ksours.
Lunch in the peaceful oasis of Ogla or the beautiful little village of Douiret.

Continuation Chenini towards, famous for its unique houses carved into the steep sides of the sourrounding mountains, dwellings invisible to the eye. Visit and free time.
Continuation to Ksar Ghilane, exotic oasis, famous for its dunes and hot water spring.
Check in at 4* Pansea Camp. Relaxation.
A cocktail as the sun sets: after a day's share of adventure, discovery and thrills, participants will follow a torch-lit path leading to a Berber camp behind a sand dune, for exclusive use by the group. Fortune teller, narguilé (hubble-bubble) pipes, henna artists to decorate hands and feet, women preparing the traditional Tabouna bread...
Dinner under Berber tents, around a giant palm-tree campfire. Menu will consist of Southern tunisian specialities, such a s the famous “Agneau à la Gargoulette”, lamb cooked underground, in clay pots, dramatically smashed open before the diners. Throughout the meal, accompaniment by traditional dancers, belly dancers and mysterious magicians.
Overnight at Pansea.

Actually built into the mountain, this fabulous Berber village with its pitted lunar landscapes was used by Spielberg in the production of both Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Visit the famous troglodyte houses, carved into the rocky surface, entrance through giant craters!
Lunch in a troglodyte house with exclusive use by the group.
Return to Jerba by ferry via Gabes.

Dinner in restaurant à-la-carte. Musical accompaniment by an Arab-Andalucian malouf trio.

Day 4 : Island discovery by 4WD

Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Departure in 4WD to the village of Guellala, centre to traditional Djerban pottery. Participants are invited to have a try for themselves... not as easy as it looks!
Cover up from head to toe, in order to visit the Ghriba synagogue, which holds one of the most ancient Torahs in the world.
Continuation by the track to the splendid beach of Sidi Jmour for a well-deserved refreshment. An option would be to organise a quad-rallye there.
Lunch at the restaurant haroun, famous for its fish specialities.
Free time in Houmt Souk, heart of the island, before returning to the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
