Day 1 : Arrival in Tozeur

Arrival at the airport of Tozeur. Welcome and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Tozeur / Douz

Breakfast, departure by all-terrain vehicle for the visit of Tozeur (the Oasis, the Desert zoo and the Dar Chraïet Museum). Crossing of the Chott El Jerid, the lake Tritonis of antiquity, a vast salt-lake, famous for its mirages. Arrival in Douz, settling in at the hotel.
Visit of the oases in the surroundings of Douz (Sabria, Nouail and Zaâfrane). At sunset, ride on dromedaries through the sand dunes (optional). Dinner and overnight at the hotel Sun Palm.

Day 3 : Douz / Ksar Ghilane

Breakfast, departure towards Ksar Ghilane : exotic encampment, famous for its thermal water basins. Bivouac lunch and dinner. Accommodation in tents.

Day 4 :  Ksar Ghilane / Tamazret / Matmata / Gabès / Tozeur

After breakfast, departure towards Matmata via Tamazret : legendary village built on a steep mountain slope. Visit of a troglodyte habitation, lunch at a typical restaurant. Visit of the spices market of Djara in the centre of Gabès. Back to Tozeur and settling in at the hotel Ras El Aïn.

Day 5-7 : Séjour libre en pension complète à l'hôtel Ras El Ain.

Day 8 : Departure from Tozeur

After breakfast, transfer to the airport, depending on the time of flight, assistance during boarding.
