Organising your convention on the spot

We provide all services mentioned on the programme, such as :

- conception of registration cards for participants,
- centralisation of bookings,
- development of pre- and post-congress programmes, as well as excursions during the stay,
- assistance at the airport on arrival/departure and transfers,
- reservation of conference rooms with all the necessary audio-visual material,
- organisation of cocktails and gala dinners,
- personalised convention, i.e.: company-branding, logos, badges, streamers...
- assistance with administrative procedures with the local authorities for visas or temporary import material or any other authorisations.
